Dubai Property

Dubai is located along the southern coast of the Persian Gulf on the Arabian Peninsula. It is the most populous out of the seven emirates in UAE. To distinguish it from the emirate, the city of Dubai is sometimes called as “Dubai City.”

Each emirate has jurisdiction over some functions such as civic law enforcement and provisions and upkeep of local facilities while Dubai share it’s legal, political, military and economic function within the federal framework.

Accompanied its emergence as a world business hub, Dubai attracted the worldwide attention through innovative real estates project and highlighted human rights issues concerning its largely foreign workforce.
